JISC Collections Satisfaction Surveys

JISC Collections are keen to measure your satisfaction levels of the services that they provide to the higher and further education communities. They have created two brief surveys, one for the higher education community and one for the further education community. The results of the surveys will help measure the effectiveness of what they do and enable them to understand how they can best take their services forward in the future to meet your needs.

They invite you to complete the satisfaction surveys and enter a prize draw to win an e-book reader (one winner for FE and one winner for HE). The deadline to complete the surveys is Friday 6th February 2010.
