Your feedback on the Excellence Gateway

Between October and December 2010, LSIS asked for views about the Excellence Gateway. The online survey asked users to rate the current performance of the Excellence Gateway service.

The key outcomes from the survey are:

  • 67% of respondents rated the current service as satisfactory or very satisfactory (a further 20% were neither satisfied or dissatisfied with the service and 11% were dissatisfied or very dissatisfied: we will be focusing on what we need to do to improve on this);
  • 68% have recommended the service to colleagues (so we need to understand why 32% haven’t);
  • Your comments highlight that many resources on the site are of value, but it is difficult to use the navigation or search tools to find good resources.

LSIS is committed to redeveloping the Excellence Gateway service over the next 12 months. By 2012, it expects to deliver a new look service that is responsive and enjoyable to use.
